Draw

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026. "Draw" means Draw Leads LLC.

Draw (drawleads.co) provides phone, text, web-form, scheduling, and (optionally) advertising services for home-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The complete, current policy is published in full at the bottom of this page; the sections below state our key data-handling commitments.

Google user data — Limited Use

Draw integrates with Google Calendar so our scheduling assistant can check your availability and manage appointments. When you connect your Google account, we request access to your calendar (calendar.events and calendar.readonly) solely to read your free/busy times and to create, update, or cancel the appointments you book through Draw.

Draw's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, with respect to data obtained from Google APIs, Draw does not:

You can disconnect your Google account at any time in Settings, which revokes Draw's access.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Draw supports two separate text-messaging programs. Homeowners never receive marketing or promotional messages, and no one receives third-party marketing.

1. Customer-care messages from a home-service business to a homeowner

Draw provides the phone, text, and scheduling system used by home-service businesses (water, fire, and storm damage restoration, mold remediation, renovation, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, and foundation repair contractors). When a homeowner contacts one of these businesses about a job, the business may reply by text message to confirm details, answer questions, schedule an appointment, remind you before it, and, after the job is done, ask once for a review with a link to its Google listing. These are conversational, one-to-one customer-care messages about the homeowner's own request, and are never sent to anyone who hasn't first reached out to the business.

How you opt in: by contacting the business yourself first — calling or texting the number they gave you, submitting their contact or estimate form, or using the form on our opt-in page, where the consent disclosure is shown before you give your number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving service. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

2. Account messages from Draw to the businesses that use it

Draw texts the owners of home-service businesses with a Draw account, on a free trial or a paid plan, and team members they add. Messages cover setup, new calls, booked jobs, calls that didn't book, customer messages, a daily wrap-up and a Monday report, visit check-ins, updates on their ads, postcards, and reviews, replies from their AI office manager, and account and billing notices. Draw may also suggest features already included in their plan. Owners consent when they start an account at drawleads.co/onboarding — you enter your own mobile number and check a consent box. A team member joins only after replying YES to our text. These are service messages, and you can reply STOP at any time and keep using Draw in the app. Message frequency varies with your calls, jobs, and account activity.

Cost, opt-out & help (both programs)

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out (you'll get a confirmation and no further messages); reply HELP or email support@drawleads.co for help.

Your mobile information is never shared or sold

No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent — is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. It is used solely to respond to the request you made to the business, or to send you notifications about your own Draw account.

Information we collect

How we use it

To run your front office — answer and qualify calls, texts, and web forms in your name, book jobs on your calendar, deliver leads to you, process billing, provide support, and keep the service secure. When ads are on, we also use it to build and manage ads under your brand.

How we share it

We share data only with the infrastructure providers that make the product work — for example telephony and messaging (Twilio), the AI voice and language models that answer calls and texts (ElevenLabs and Anthropic), payments (Stripe), and calendar (Google) — under their data-protection terms, and only as needed to provide the service or comply with law. We never sell your data, and your mobile information is handled as described above.

Your data & your choices

Your leads, your number, and your data are yours — exportable, and deletable on request. You can disconnect integrations (like Google Calendar) at any time in Settings, opt out of SMS with STOP, and cancel anytime. To access, export, or delete your data, email support@drawleads.co.
