How the home-service businesses that use Draw consent to receive text messages about their own account, and the terms of the messaging program.
Draw is the front office for home-service businesses such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, pest control, roofing, renovation, and foundation repair contractors. Draw answers their calls, books jobs, and runs their Google Ads, neighbor postcards, and review requests. This SMS program sends messages to the business owners who hold a Draw account, on a free trial or a paid plan, and to team members they add. Every message identifies Draw and relates to the recipient's own Draw account. Recipients are Draw account holders, not consumers. Homeowners are covered by a separate program, described on our homeowner opt-in page.
Business owners opt in when they start a Draw account at drawleads.co/onboarding. During signup they enter their own mobile number and check the consent box shown below. Texting is how Draw reports to you, so the box is part of signup. These are service messages about your account, and you can reply STOP at any time and keep using Draw in the app. A team member joins only after the owner adds them and they reply YES to our text.
